HELP NEEDED
------------------------
Volunteers are needed for a range of tasks such as:

Facilitators:  A family or camp group could take charge of one or more concerts generally held at Camp Aldersgate.  That responsibility is the set-up and tear down of Fellowship Hall, man the event, hand our programs, give out tickets and serve refreshments.  The tools and equipment are located at Fellowship Hall or at the Abbey garages.
Helpers:  to be greeter, scoop ice cream, set up on afternoon of event or clean up after event.
Program Organizers:  Take charge individuals to find presenters, schedule and implement workshops such as painting, card making, computer programs, arts and crafts, etc.
Game Organizers:  Set up game events for kids and/or adults.  Coordinate an event and find a location to host event.
We are looking for those to keep the Brantingham Arts Council going and take to a higher level.  Skills needed include organization skills, website management, marketing, grant writing, budgeting and financial management and hands on ability.   The Abbey's will guide and assist along the way.
You too can make a difference.

Feel free to contact any of us if you have questions or comments.
