Join us for a night of Mystery, Mayham and Murder as the Brantingham Arts Council presents "Death of a Gangster," a roaring 20's Mob Wedding Reception Interactive Dinner Theater performed by the Murder Mystery Company of Rochester.  Being an interactive show, party goers are encouraged to attend in costume, as the cast members will mingle with party goers to make the night light, fun, and memorable.
The wedding reception dinner is, of course, a splendid 3 course Italian meal. A cash bar sponsored by the Glenfield Fire Department will be available.  The date is July 16, 2022 with doors opening at 6:30 P.M.  Presale tickets are only $25.00 per person.  Space Limited- make reservations NOW by calling the box office at 315-513-4157.  Reservations must be  made by July 5, 2022
A LIVE auction is part of the event, presented by Tyler McDonald of the Constableville Auction House, with proceeds going to the Brantingham Arts Council as the cost of admission does not cover the cost of the event.
Your donation of a special item or gift basket, and/or door prize will gratefully be accepted.  For pickup or drop off, contact Roger or Fran Abbey at 315-323-2733 or John or Mary at 315-771-2541. A special thanks to Good Morning Realty,

HELP NEEDED
------------------------
Volunteers are needed for a range of tasks such as:

Facilitators:  A family or camp group could take charge of one or more concerts generally held at Camp Aldersgate.  That responsibility is the set-up and tear down of Fellowship Hall, man the event, hand our programs, give out tickets and serve refreshments.  The tools and equipment are located at Fellowship Hall or at the Dixon or Abbey garages.
Helpers:  to be greeter, scoop ice cream, set up on afternoon of event or clean up after event.
Program Organizers:  Take charge individuals to find presenters, schedule and implement workshops such as painting, card making, computer programs, arts and crafts, etc.
Game Organizers:  Set up game events for kids and/or adults.  Coordinate an event and find a location to host event.
Committee Chair replacements:  to replace the Abbey's and Dixon's.
We are looking for those to keep the Brantingham Arts Council going and take to a higher level.  Skills needed include organization skills, website management, marketing, grant writing, budgeting and financial management and hands on ability.   The Abbey's ad Dixon's will guide and assist along the way.
You too can make a difference.

Feel free to contact any of us if you have questions or comments.
